FTL and LTL Cargo

Full Truckload (FTL)

Full truckload shipping means exclusive use of the equipment. In other words, inland transportation offers a full truckload regardless of which volume or weight of its full capacity is used in this type of move. Uniforce has 48-foot and 53-foot trucks throughout Central America and Mexico for both international and local movements.

Less than Trailer Load (LTL)

Consolidate cargo, also referred as LTL (less than trailer load)  means the use of less than a full trailer due to volume or weight, but with the possibility of being moved along with other cargoes in shared equipment. Uniforce complements its inland freight transport services with this type of modality in the Central American region, Mexico and Panama.

Project Cargo

Inland transportation of project cargo requires a professional specialization not only due to the dimensions and weight involved, as well as transportation and handling needs, but also because of the customized design of the entire logistics chain involved. Whether as a complement to an intermodal transit, a local specialized movement or a regional move of oversized or overweight cargo. At  Uniforce we have a highly trained team to implement the best practices for safe, reliable and efficient transit of this type of cargo.

Door to Door Services

Uniforce complements inland transportation with door-to-door services by sending your cargo from the point of loading at origin to the final point of destination, while monitoring each phase of the process.

International Inland Freight Transport

Given the way maritime shipping is organized in the region in terms of routes, transit times, availability of equipment and space, most cargo from Mexico to Central America and Panama is moved by inland transportation. That is why Uniforce has made every effort to consolidate a fleet that provides regional coverage and supports international trade across the region.

Inland Haulage Export

The inland freight of export cargo across Central American countries originates mainly in Costa Rica and Guatemala, the two largest economies in the Isthmus with the latter generating the highest volume. Thus, most cargo shipped from north to south is moved by ground freight. Taking this into account, Uniforce has expanded its coverage across the region. We offer the full range of inland transportation equipment to meet the needs of exporters and secure delivery times.
